REQUEST FOR BIDS
ARTIFICIAL TURF IMPROVEMENTS
WEST FARGO PUBLIC SCHOOL
Sealed bids will be received at the office of The West Fargo School District, 207 Main Avenue West, West Fargo, North Dakota, until 2:00 P.M., February 19, 2019 and then opened and read aloud for the West Fargo Public School District Artificial Turf Projects.
Bids shall be on the basis of cash payment for work performed. All work included in the contract will start no sooner than May 6, 2019 and must be completed on or before August 2, 2019.
Bids must be submitted on copies of the bid form in the specifications and must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a bidder's bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the bidder's bid be accepted and the contract be awarded to the bidder, the bidder, within ten (10) days after notice of award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bidder's bid and a contractor's bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the West Fargo School District. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment Bond in the full amount of their contract.

Bidding Documents can be downloaded for a non-refundable charge of $15.00. Plan holders are parties that have downloaded the plans and specifications. Plan holders will be notified via email as addenda are issued. Parties that download the plans and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere are solely responsible for those printing costs. The sales of paper copies for projects listed on this site are not available. Bidders must hold a North Dakota Contractor's License and carry North Dakota Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by law. The required bid bond envelope shall also contain a copy of the Contractor's License or Certificate of Renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State as required by law.
The West Fargo School District reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the day fixed for the opening of the bids, and the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and licenses and any deficient bid will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately.
