FARGO — A new grief support group for teens and young adults will meet once a month at a downtown Fargo coffee shop.

Hospice of the Red River Valley's new group, It's OK to Espresso Your Feelings, is aimed at young people ages 16-20 who have suffered the death of a loved one, friend or pet or a loss stemming from a change, such as their parents' divorce or moving to a new community.

Participants in this free grief support group will find an open forum with support for all emotions and feelings, along with a facilitator to support the conversation. It's free and open to the public, and no registration is required.

The support group will meet 8-9:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, and gather at the same time again on Nov. 17 and Dec. 15, at the conference room in Atomic Coffee, 222 Broadway N.
