FARGO — For centuries, people have known that the health of the body and brain are connected. But how do we know what lifestyle choices will help keep the body and brain healthy as we age?
The Alzheimer's Association is hosting a webinar beginning at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 18, to help answer those questions. "Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research" is a virtual presentation to share information on research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, as well as use hands-on tools to incorporate these practices into daily life.
