Special Events

Fort Lincoln Display: Oct. 1 — Dec. 31: Visit this display of materials from the North Dakota State Historical Society on the Fort Lincoln Internment Camp located in Bismarck.

Winter Craft-ernoon: 2 p.m. Wednesday. It's winter break, school is out and snow is falling. Make snowflake and snow filled craft projects. This event is free and open to all ages.

Regular Events

Friday Morning Movie — "How the Grinch Stole Christmas": 10:30 a.m. Friday. A grumpy Grinch hatches a plan to steal Christmas from the Whos of Whoville in this classic animated Dr. Suess tale. Free movie and popcorn. Rated E.

Genealogy: Noon to 4 p.m. Saturday. Bring projects or just ask questions.

Technology Tutoring: 4-5 p.m. Wednesday. Drop in for a one-on-one tutoring session to get help with technology questions and build skills. Bring a device or use one of the library's iPads or computers. All ages are welcome and no registration is needed.

Upcoming Events

Movie Special — "Nature—Christmas in Yellowstone": 1 p.m. Dec. 28. Of interest to all ages, this nature movie shows the beauty of Yellowstone National Park in winter. Free movie and popcorn. Rated G.

Lego Mania: 2 p.m. Dec. 28. The library has a big supply of Legos for a fun evening. Free and open to all ages.


The afterschool program will be open Monday through Friday (when school is in session) from 3-5:30 p.m.

The library will be closed on Dec. 24-26 and Jan. 1 for the holidays.
