Lilia Rexin was crowned Miss Pre Teen North Dakota International 2019 on Jan. 13, 2019.

Rexin will be giving up her title when the new queens are crowned on Jan. 19, at Oak Grove’s Scheels Center for the Performing Arts. www.ndinternationalpageants.org

The 11-year-old is currently a sixth grade student at Heritage Middle School in West Fargo and is the daughter of Chad and Alicia Rexin.

Rexin competed at the National competition in West Virginia and spent the year volunteering and promoting her platform “Love Always.” She used the scripture “Let all that you do be done in love” (I Corinthians 16:14) to guide her over 75 pageant appearances and volunteering engagements, totaling over 100 hours of community service for various causes.

The North Dakota International Pageant System showcases the accomplishments of today’s women, young women, teens and pre teens, ages 10-56, across North Dakota as well as their commitment to family and marriage. Their mission is to make a difference and become positive role models while building confidence and character to become the best individuals they can be.
