ROLLA, N.D. — Two people who suffered life-threatening injuries in a rollover crash in Rolette County on Friday morning, May 10, have been identified as Justin Brunelle, 27, of Belcourt, N.D., and Calvin Davis, 19, of Fargo.
Brunelle, Davis and a 17-year-old female passenger were not wearing seat belts, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
They were in a 1997 Chevrolet pickup traveling east on 96th Street Northeast when it left the road, and the driver, Davis, lost control, the patrol said.
The vehicle overturned, and Davis and Brunelle were ejected. They were taken to Presentation Medical Center in Rolla, with life-threatening injuries.
The female passenger’s injuries were not life-threatening, the patrol said.
The crash happened a half mile east of North Dakota Highway 30, about 3.5 miles south of Rolla. The crash remains under investigation by the patrol.
