FARGO — A man who was fatally struck by a train last week in downtown Fargo has been identified by police as 34-year-old Philo Agard.
The train struck Agard, who did not have a permanent address, about 11 p.m. Thursday, May 16, near Sixth Avenue and Broadway North.
Agard, who went by the nickname "Bedo," lived in Fargo and previously lived in Fort Yates, N.D., according to an obituary.
His funeral is set for Tuesday, May 28, at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Fort Yates. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
