FARGO — A 34-year-old Fargo man accused of engaging in a sex act with a girl under the age of 15 was ordered Tuesday, May 28, to serve 20 years in prison.
Cass County District Judge John Irby sentenced Lansana Solo Sah on felony charges of gross sexual imposition and child abuse. A jury found Sah guilty of both charges in March.
Sah must serve 10 years of supervised probation after his prison stay. He received credit for having already spent 89 days in jail.
According to court documents, the offenses are alleged to have occurred between Jan. 1, 2015, and Dec. 5, 2017.
“Whatever I’m accused of, I’m innocent,” Sah said in court Tuesday before the judge sentenced him.
