FARGO — A driver who eluded police during a motorcycle chase in south Fargo is still at large, according to Fargo police.

The chase started about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, when police tried to pull over a motorcycle for reckless driving in the 1700 block of 40th Street South.

The driver then fled and eventually ditched the motorcycle by an apartment in the area of 17th Avenue South and 42nd Street South and fled on foot, police said.

Officers and a police dog were not able to locate the male driver. Police told YMCA staff to bring in any children playing outside during their search.
