WEST FARGO — A driver who fled from police in a Monday night chase is still missing.

According to a report by the West Fargo Police Department, the chase started about 10:30 p.m. on Monday, September 23 when an officer attempted a traffic stop in the 500 block of 5th St. E., but the driver fled.

The report says the chase continued into the 500 block of 12th Ave. NE where the driver went into a field and then fled on foot. Officers then set up a perimeter but were unable to locate him, the report says.

The driver is identified as Manuel Carrillo, 26, from Fargo who police say will be charged with fleeing in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, driving under suspension, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

A female passenger in the car was arrested and identified as Krystle Landa, 26, and was taken to Cass County Jail on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, police say.
