FARGO — Beginning Friday, March 20, Cass County offices will be open via appointment only to balance public health needs and social distancing recommendations in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
Additionally, the Horace City Hall will be closed to the public starting Monday, March 23, as a coronavirus safety precaution.
According to a statement released by the city:
Essential staff and public works employees will be available to meet the city’s needs for services. Face-to-face meetings with city staff will by appointment only. Appointments may be made by calling 701-492-2972.
Utility bills may be paid over the phone, or by dropping payments off at the drop box at city hall or at the Casey’s service station.
Building inspections will be suspended for the city of Horace until April 1, or until further notice. During the suspension, certificate of occupancy inspections will be by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance and may be set up by calling 701-492-2972, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
