FARGO — A Minot, N.D., man has been charged in Cass County District Court with two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct stemming from incidents in late May in which a man approached women at Fargo businesses and made sexually explicit requests.

According to court documents:

Lonnie C. Weiand, 50, approached a woman in the parking lot of the Target store at 4202 13th Ave. S. and made a sexual request that caused the woman to become alarmed, concerned and scared.

In a separate case, he is accused of similar conduct involving a woman who was approached at the West Acres mall.
