The North Dakota High School Activities Association will continue to suspend all sports and activities indefinitely, including the Class B boys basketball state tournament, which was slated for March 19-21 in Bismarck.
The NDHSAA released a statement Monday following Sunday evening’s executive order by Gov. Doug Burgum, which mandated the closure of all North Dakota K-12 schools for the week of March 16-20 due to the coronavirus outbreak.
In addition, all remaining fine arts and spring sports seasons will continue to be suspended indefinitely, which includes practices and game contests.

On Friday, due to the emergency declaration issued by President Trump, the NDHSAA suspended play of the Class A boys and girls state basketball tournament that was being held in Fargo, this week’s Class B boys state tournament and all spring sports seasons.
Refund process regarding the Class A state tournaments and the Class B state tournaments will be communicated to patrons at a later time on www.ndhsaanow.com.
