DICKINSON, N.D — The West Fargo Post 308 Patriots raced out to a 14-4 win, then won again 5-2 in an American Legion baseball doubleheader Friday against Dickinson.

In Game 1, Post 308 plated 10 runs by the fourth inning to secure the win. Ryan Reynolds had two hits and four RBIs to lead West Fargo. Brayden Jacobson registered two hits, while Lance Oster totaled two hits and two RBIs.

A big, four-run sixth inning broke a 1-1 tie as West Fargo clinched the win in the second game. Ryan Froemke, Anthony Villanueva, and Cooper Borchardt all had two hits, while Nolan Dodds drove in two runs. Post 308 had 11 hits as a team.

West Fargo (22-16) will head to Mandan for a doubleheader at 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
