FARGO — Davies remained undefeated in the Eastern Dakota Conference with a 25-20, 25-19, 25-14 victory over the North Spartans on Thursday night.

Grace Solberg led the Eagles with 14 kills. Madison Langlie and Maddie Cooper each added seven kills, while Justice Thilges totaled 15 digs.

Georgia Paul led the Spartans with seven kills and 10 digs.

North falls to 7-9 overall and 4-7 in the EDC. Davies improves to 16-1 overall and 11-0 in the EDC.

Fargo Shanley 3, West Fargo Sheyenne 2

FARGO — Shanley notched a 25-19, 12-25, 21-25, 25-23, 15-11 win over Sheyenne.

Paige McAllister had 12 kills and Reile Payne had 11 to lead the Deacons. Hannah Hoedl ended with 35 digs, while Lander Freiderichs had eight blocks. Olivia Vetter dished out 39 assists.

Ellie Such and Jadyn Feist had 18 and 17 kills, respectively, to pace the Mustangs. McKenzie Newton dished out 54 assists and Nadia Kranz tallied 31 digs.

Shanley rose to 10-8 overall and 7-4 in the EDC. Sheyenne fell to 13-4 overall and 7-3 in the EDC.

Fargo South 3, Wahpeton 0

WAHPETON, N.D. — Fargo South defeated Wahpeton in straight sets by scores of 25-15, 25-22, 25-19 on Thursday night.

Maya Krause paced the Bruins with 14 kills and four aces. Parker Seelig had a dozen digs, while Madison Jackson recorded 14 assists.

Kylie Storo led the Huskies with 10 kills.

The Bruins improved to 6-10 overall and 3-7 in the EDC. Wahpeton fell to 1-17 and 0-12 in the EDC.

West Fargo 3, Grand Forks Central 0

WEST FARGO — The Packers downed Grand Forks Central in straight sets by a score of 25-20, 25-15, 25-10.

West Fargo received nine kills from both Nadia Chwialkowski and Maddie McKinnon, while Kately Tveito contributed 25 assists. Mary Schnell’s six digs led the defensive effort to go along with a pair of blocks from both Chole Pfau and Erin Binstock. Schnell also chipped in four aces.

West Fargo climbed to 18-4 overall and 9-2 in the EDC. GF Central dropped to 5-17 overall and

1-8 in the EDC.

Thompson 3, Fargo Oak Grove 1

THOMPSON, N.D. — The Tommies outlasted Oak Grove by a score of 25-20, 20-25, 29-27, 25-18 on Thursday night in Class B play.

With the win, Thompson moved to 11-3 overall. Oak Grove fell to 12-2 and saw its five-match winning streak snapped.

Moorhead Park Christian 3, Mahnomen-Waubun 0

WAUBUN, Minn. — Park Christian rolled past Mahnomen-Waubun 25-11, 25-9, 25-13 Thursday night in Minnesota volleyball.

Karley Motschenbacher’s 21 kills broke the Park Christian single game kills record, while adding four blocks. Allison Lien anchored the defense with 12 digs, while Delia Roisum dished out 20 assists.

The Falcons are now 19-1 overall, while Mahnomen-Waubun fell to 12-8 overall.
