Mandan police chief Jason Ziegler announces an arrest in a quadruple homicide at a Thursday night press conference. Sweet Briar School is a rural two-room schoolhouse about 12 miles west of Mandan, N.D. The current yellow stucco structure was built in 1936 after the previous school was destroyed in a fire.
