FARGO—The Orange Julius in the J.C. Penney wing at West Acres has closed. The location was owned by Mike Stevens, who passed away in December.
The Orange Julius near the mall's food court remains open.
Alissa Adams, West Acres' senior vice president of marketing and business, said that while the space is under transition that artist Brandon LaPlante will be live painting a mural there. It is expected to be complete in mid-September.
