Bethany Trustees Named
Delegates from 40 sponsoring congregations convened at the Annual Meeting of Bethany Retirement Living on April 9. Joining the Board of Trustees was Allan Erickson, Fargo, Stacie Heiden, Fargo, and Linda O'Halloran, West Fargo. Harriette McCaul, Fargo, was elected to her second three-year term.
Allan Erickson is Executive Vice President/CFO of Gate City Bank. His previous positions include Accountant, Assistant Controller and Controller of Gate City Bank, where he has been employed since 1984. He is a member of the North Dakota Banker's Association Services Board, serves on the Executive Committee for Open Solutions Client Association, is President Elect of Northern Lights Council of Boy Scouts of America and Secretary/Treasurer of Alpha Tau Omega, UND Alumni Association. He and his wife, Jenny, have two adult children and are members of First Lutheran Church.
Stacie Heiden is Chief Financial Officer for DMS Health Technologies in Fargo. Her previous positions include Chief Financial Officer for Innovis Health and Operations Finance Director of Community Operations at Banner Health System. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, advanced member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, member of the United Way Key Club, and a member of the North Dakota Society of CPAs. Heiden and her husband, Garth, have two children and are members of Sts. Anne and Joachim Catholic Church in Fargo.
Linda O'Halloran is retired Chief Operating Officer at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo. Her previous positions include Chief Clinical Officer for Lutheran Health Systems/Banner Health, Vice President of Patient Care for Innovis (Essentia), and Senior Vice President of Patient Care for Stamford Health in Connecticut. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, serves on the Board of Directors for the ND Organization of Healthcare Leaders, and the Ronald McDonald House. O'Halloran and her husband, Tom, have three adult children and are members of Faith Lutheran Church in West Fargo.
Harriette McCaul is a retired Human Resource professional. She is currently the President of the Fargo Theatre Board and a member of the Neuroscience Research Institute Board. She and her husband, Kevin, have two children and are members of First Presbyterian Church in Fargo.
Board officers elected include: Lloyd Smith, Chair; John Hertsgaard, Vice Chair; Roger Olson, Treasurer; and Jean Bokinskie, Secretary. Other trustees are Jerilynn Brantner Adams, Shannon Charpentier, all Fargo, and Dr. David Glatt, West Fargo.
Martha Leclerc, Janice Nelson and Paul Wilson, all of Fargo, retired from the Board.
