Bethany's Hestdalen receives certification
Tiffeny Hestdalen, RN of Bethany Retirement Living has received Board Certification in Gerontological Nursing. She is a Nurse Manager at Bethany on 42nd.
Hestdalen is a graduate of Dickinson High School in Dickinson, N.D. She attended college at M-State and Minnesota State University Moorhead in Moorhead. She graduated from RN school in June of 2011. Hestdalen began as an LPN for Bethany in May of 2010 and was named Nurse Manager in April 2012.
Certification is validation of RN knowledge and competency in a nursing specialty area through successful completion of a comprehensive examination and achievement of other relevant benchmarks, including RN licensure and successful clinical practical experience in that specialty. National certification is recognized as achievement of the highest standard of clinical and leadership competence and serves to ensure employer, residents and families of quality nursing care.
