CAL'S COFFEE CAKE

2 Jiffy yellow cake mixes

4 eggs

2 boxes instant vanilla pudding

2/3 cup oil

1 cup water

1 tsp. vanilla

Beat ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan.

Topping:

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. cocoa

Small package of pecans or walnuts (I usually use a cup of pecan pieces)

Mix together and sprinkle on top of batter. Use a knife to marble into the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Test for doneness. Add powdered sugar on top, if desired.
