Cheney Middle School hosts conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held at Cheney Middle School from 4:30 to 8:15 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 15 and Tuesday, Oct. 16. Those attending should go directly to the teacher's locations. There will be no report cards or schedules to pick up. You will need to know your student's schedule.
Most conferences are not scheduled; however, parents of students whose last name begins with the letters A through K are asked to attend conferences on Monday, Oct. 15, and the parents of students whose last name begins with the letters L through Z on Tuesday, Oct. 16. This will help with parking and ought to help alleviate standing in line. Parking will be allowed in both the east (bus loading area) parking lot as well as the main parking lot on the northwest side of the school.
Visits by parents to the school encourage positive communication with teachers and other staff. It is important that everyone works together in providing the educational experiences the students deserve.
