I may have shared these delicious pickle recipes already with some of my reading audience out there, but with cucumbers now ready to be picked from smaller home gardens I've been asked by several people for the recipes again so will feature them this week.

If you already have them - ignore, otherwise - enjoy!

The two fresh pickle recipes are easy and quick in that you don't have to hot water bath the pickles and wait for weeks before you can eat them.
