Many top professional and amateur golfers from the Upper Midwest will take part in one of the final stops on the Dakotas Tour before the tour championship. Dakotas Tour veterans include Zach Johnson, 2007 Masters Tournament champion and one of the world's top golfers.

The annual event benefits the Village Family Service Center, a non-profit human-service agency that serves children and families throughout North Dakota and Minnesota.

Spectator admission is free of charge.

The Pro-Am, which is new this year, will take place on Friday, as well as round one of the tournament. The practice round and par-3 event will take place on Thursday.

The tournament will end with an awards ceremony at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.

For registration and tournament information, contact the Fargo Country Club Golf Shop at 701.237.6746.
