3/4 cup orange juice

1/3 cup honey

3 tbsp. soy sauce (may want to use less)

1 tbsp. cornstarch

1/4 tsp. ginger

2 carrots, sliced diagonally

2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally

1/2 cup peanuts or cashews
