Three vehicles involved in crash near Casselton

CASSELTON, N.D. - Three vehicles were involved in a crash Tuesday night on Highway 18 near here that injured some of the six people involved.

Cass County Sheriff's Deputies said a pickup was northbound on State Highway 18 when it collided with a car eastbound on 37th Street at the intersection.

The car came to rest in the grass on the east side of the interstate. The pickup hit a semi truck that was stopped at the intersection.

The semi driver was not injured and was able to drive away from the scene.

Deputies said six people were transported by ambulance from the scene to hospitals in Fargo. It was unknown how many were injured or the extent of those injuries.
