Thursday Night Forecast Discussion
The sky will stay mostly clear through the night, and the wind will remain fairly light. Temperatures will not be as cool as they have been the past several nights. The wind will become quite breezy on Friday; gusting out of the south at 15-30 mph. This will bring in warmer temperatures, and more moisture. This increase in moisture will help fuel thunderstorms by Friday evening into Friday night. Not expecting any widespread severe weather, but a few stronger storms are certainly possible.
Temperatures will be heating up this weekend. Highs will soar into the low 90s on Sunday and Monday. There is a threat for a few pop-up thunderstorms Saturday evening, with a better chance late Sunday. Cooler air will begin to arrive on Tuesday, which means more thunderstorms will be possible on Tuesday. Highs will cool off into the 80s for Wednesday and Thursday.
Have a Friday!
