WFHS team places fourth at state congress

The 49th Annual NDHSAA State Student Congress was held at the Mandan Seven Seas on Nov. 3-4 with West Fargo placing fourth in team totals. Richardton-Taylor was first, Shanley, second, Grand Forks Central, third and Davies, fifth.

West Fargo students taking honors in specific areas included: Senate, Theresa Schlangen tieing for third with Anjali Lall of Davies; House 1B, Vibhav Singh, second; House 1C, Bailey Vertin, seventh and Alec Rutten, eighth; House 1D, Abulquasem Hossain, seventh; House 11A, Mickayla Dvorak tieing for fourth with Jordan Wold, Carrington and Lucas Nelson, Grand Forks Central; House 11B, Matt Bonn tieing for sixth with Emily Henderson of Mandan; House 11D, Alexander Bertsch, third, and Alexis Schmitz, fourth.
