The Forum's print edition on Monday, May 15, includes a 58-page public notice listing the properties with proposed special assessments related to the construction of the Fargo-Moorhead flood diversion project. Officials say they don’t plan to levy the assessment as long as sales tax revenue is sufficient for funding the project.
