The remains of Gunner's Mate 1st Class Arthur C. Neuenschwander, a Pearl Harbor victim, arrive Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at Hector International Airport, Fargo. Neuenschwander was serving aboard the USS Oklahoma when it was attacked in 1941. His remains were transported to Fessenden, N.D., where a memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday in the gymnasium followed by burial at 3 p.m. in Hillside Cemetery.
