Drivers traveling up or down 9th Street East were treated to an eye-catching patriotic sight Friday morning while passing West Fargo High School, one of the program locations for the 129th annual North Dakota Firefighters Association Convention held Thursday through Saturday in West Fargo hosted by the West Fargo Fire Department.
